drivingDirection Travel US Highway 101 to the South Shore Road, MP 125, 40 miles north of Aberdeen and 66 miles south of Forks. Drive 1.5 miles to Willaby Campground. Entrance to campground is from the Quinault Lake South Shore Road just beyond the Quinault Rain Forest Nature Trail.
facilitiesDescription There are 21 campsites that can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs up to 16 feet in length, however no hook ups are provided. Some sites are in wooded areas and others are not; many of the sites have a view of the lake. The campground has a potable water system. The site also has a barrier-free flush toilet as well as several accessible camp and picnic sites. Four day use picnic sites are located along the shoreline and a large covered shelter, which was built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930s, provide opportunities for large families or groups.

importantInformation In accordance with standard industry practices, ARAMARK will be assessing a $7 additional vehicle fee on the ''second vehicle'' in each single family campsite, and on the ''third and fourth vehicle'' in any double family campsite, provided these vehicles are not joined to the first vehicle by a hitch and towed onto the site. In the case of motorcycles, the first two are considered to be one vehicle and the third and fourth are also considered to be one vehicle. No additional vehicle fees are collected for bicycles. Bears and other animals frequent the area; use appropriate food storage containers. All campers must register at the Lake Quinault Lodge front desk approximately 1 mile from the campground. Off-road vehicles are prohibited in the campground. Limit of two pets per site; pets are not allowed on the beaches. Chainsaw use and hunting are prohibited in the area. Please keep boats clean, drained and dry, to avoid transport or introduction of aquatic invasive species.
nearbyAttrctionDescription Nearby, Lake Quinault Lodge offers a restaurant and gift shop. Trails in the area include the Big Spruce Tree Trail, Forest Service Nature Trail, Kestner Homestead Trail and the Big Cedar Trail. Explore the ocean beaches close-by as well as the State Fish Hatchery.

orientationDescription The forested slopes of Olympic National Park provide a scenic backdrop across Lake Quinault. Towering conifers including Sitka spruce, Douglas-fir, western hemlock and western red cedar provide dense shade for this beautiful setting. The forest floor is covered with lush rain forest plants including moss, ferns, false lily-of-the-valley and oxalis.
recreationDescription The forest features 15 miles of hiking trails and many waterfalls within walking distance of the campground. There are six miles of hiking trails along the south side of the lake. Lake Quinault is part of the Quinault Indian Nation. As such, a Tribal Fishing Permit and Boat Decal are required. Both may be purchased at local merchants. Lake Quinault Lodge offers boat and kayak rentals as well as a number of interpretive tours.
